Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and public transport. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, and several guests noted the cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas. However, there were frequent complaints about shared or outdated bathrooms, lack of air conditioning, and noise from the surrounding area or within the hotel.
