Pros (+) recent renovations or renovations in progress. Common areas clean and new carpet in room and common areas. New curtains. descent breakfast included. appeared to comply with health codes for food.
Cons (-) my room had a lot of black mold in bathroom behind toilet. Toilet chain would not stay on when flushed. hotel was filled, no room available to move to. Did not spend much time in room so it was more an annoyance.
Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free Noah's Ark tickets with stay made us very happy. Good breakfast selection.
Cons (-) The ceiling in our room/bathroom had water damage and was cracked. Beds not very comfortable. The water in the shower never got hot. Pool area very sub par... with a little TCL could be a nice place to stay.

Pros (+) The price (inexpensive for holiday weekend) Location was very good (close to attractions, restaurants)
Cons (-) Staff was not welcoming. One even stated to another, "they don't pay me enough for this." Lobby restroom very nasty Hall carpet stained Food left on carpet floor not removed the entire time of stay Bed very uncomfortable Room very outdated Would only stay at the hotel again if it was the last resort as I did not feel safe nor comfortable.
