The hotel itself was clean and the staff were pleasant, don't get me wrong. But the room was pretty much the bare minimum - barely even 1 chair. No fridge (they did bring one up - it was basically just a little mini-freezer though - not so great for insulin). Hotel was very clean and staff was great. Only let down was no refrigerator in the room. i had never stayed in a Hampton Inn without a refrigerator in my many years of travel.
