The hotel itself was clean and the staff were pleasant, don't get me wrong. But the room was pretty much the bare minimum - barely even 1 chair. No fridge (they did bring one up - it was basically just a little mini-freezer though - not so great for insulin). Hotel was very clean and staff was great. Only let down was no refrigerator in the room. i had never stayed in a Hampton Inn without a refrigerator in my many years of travel. Pros (+) The location was close to Busch Gardens and the pool was great.
Cons (-) The sink was clogged up and when they unclogged it it made the room smell terrible! The housekeeping was a bit lacking as well. The room didn't get cleaned till close to 3 p.m. and the sheets weren't even changed! Not to mention the king size bed looked like it had queen size sheets and comforter on it.
