Poor parking management. No parking enforcement, leading eligible customers with no parking spot available. I had to park somewhere else where I should not and being worried that my car may be towed.

We stayed on the second floor, and were initially given room 231, but we requested a different room immediately because the smell of smoke was overpowering as soon as we entered the room. Pros (+) This is a hip, cool, laid back hotel w awesome design, food, ambiance. They are pet friendly, making this a cutting edge experience.
Pros (+) Amazing bed - one of the better sleeps I have had. Restaurant service was speedy once we explained that we had play tickets. Food was really good (I had the saltimbucco and my son had the steak frites)

Pros (+) The entire place was very clean and smelled clean. The staff was friendly. The decor at the hotel was very interesting and different from any other hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The back of the hotel was pretty facilities get the river and at night the lights added a nice affect. The hotel was centrally located in RI and made it easy to get places.
Cons (-) I was disappointed with the restaurant. There was not a lot of diversity on the menu and the prices were expensive. Also there was a wedding there on evening and it closed off the restaurant/ bar inside and outside to the guests staying at the hotel.
Cons (-) The bathroom wall is translucent and doesn't go completely up to the ceiling. If one goes to the batroom at night the light shining through and over the wall disturbs the partner. Also, the wall having a space at the top allows bathroom sounds and aromas to enter the rest of the room. If one prefers privacy, this is not the place.

Cons (-) Location not great. Rooms not comfortable, very little space to put clothing, poor lighting. Restaurant food not very good, wait very long.
