Poor parking management. No parking enforcement, leading eligible customers with no parking spot available. I had to park somewhere else where I should not and being worried that my car may be towed.

The second room, 237, was only moderately better in terms of lingering second hand smoke, and there were cigarette holes in the office chair. Pros (+) Amazing bed - one of the better sleeps I have had. Restaurant service was speedy once we explained that we had play tickets. Food was really good (I had the saltimbucco and my son had the steak frites)

Cons (-) I had no complaints at all. Service was good, staff were pleasant. My son liked the industrial look and the simplicity of the rooms
