Everything especially location, aesthetics and comfort of room.
Lots of mosquitos at night. Italy doesn’t have screens on windows so can’t leave windows open.

You can't go past this place for the ideal location (just outside all of the San Marco madness, but close enough to dip your toe whenever you want to), and for the romance of the decor and fitout - a truly classic Venetian experience

Perfect location nearby San Marco, Bridge of sighs.... arriving by taxi boat is of great expereince !
Room with canal view but located 1st floor - not possible to open the window and enjoy the view. A bit old - need to be renovated in a more modern way. A bit pricy but this might be always the case anyway in Venezia... Toilet just next to the bathtub....
