We had a great stay. The king bed was comfortable, the view great, and the staff friendly. The quality of the provided soap, shampoo, and tea/coffee was good. Pros (+) The pool and gym were fantastic along with the sauna. Shower had high water pressure. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful
Cons (-) I felt the bed was too hard for my liking. It wasn't lumpy at all but definitely too firm. Finding the parking garage was a bit of a chore as well

Pros (+) Amazing location in downtown Vancouver to enjoy all the terrific city has to offer! Beautiful views and gorgeous rooms but it all boils down to location! Breakfast was a nice perk too!
