Pros (+) The location is amazing. Access to Gondola One at Vail is great. Ski Concierge is helpful. In lobby coffee and tea set-up, and afternoon snack time. Cons (-) Pool/hot tub experience on the small side. Old squishy pillows - we would have enjoyed a bit firmer pillow. Reduced food service - but due to covid times. Hopefully will resume soon. We didn't park a car - but apparently this is stressful and expensive.
