Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's unique and relaxing atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, and the enjoyable pool and spa facilities. Many found the rooms clean and appreciated the overall design and ambiance. While breakfast received mixed feedback, with some wanting more variety, most guests were satisfied with the food and dining experience. Some negative points included the lack of air conditioning in rooms, occasional issues with room comfort, and minor service lapses, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making it a popular choice for a relaxing stay.
