Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, with many highlighting their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. Cleanliness is another strong point, as rooms and common areas are frequently described as spotless. The location is considered convenient for exploring the town, though some mention the steep hill. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with several guests disappointed by the lack of hot options, while others find it satisfactory. Room size and layout are a common concern, with multiple reviews mentioning small, dark, or basic rooms and bathrooms lacking amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and cleanliness stand out.
