Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel’s excellent breakfast, central location, and friendly staff. Many found the breakfast varied and delicious, and the location convenient for exploring the city. Service was often described as courteous and attentive. Some negative feedback included small room sizes, extra charges for amenities like spa and parking, and occasional maintenance issues, but these were outweighed by the positives.
