Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality and variety of the brunch or breakfast buffet. Many appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the overall atmosphere. However, there were some concerns about cleanliness in certain rooms, slow elevators, and the check-in process, especially with the digital or app-based system. Despite these issues, the positives such as location, service, and breakfast stood out in the majority of reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews
