Tokyo hotels near Koishikawa Korakuen

Pros: House keeping was immaculate, concierge (Ms. Saito) was incredibly helpful. She even helped us buy Disneyland tickets, and helped me find my way around tokyo.

Pros: Best hotel room I've ever stayed in. Rooms were designed thoughtfully and everything made sense. Extremely clean and in an excellent location.

Pros: Very nice hotel in Tokyo. Just a few minutes from Suidobashi Subway Station and JR Suidobashi Station. Really good location. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are new and clean. I had a very nice stay in Hotel Niwa. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Nice, we'll run hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Location, in between suidobashi and Jimbocho subway stops is ok but not the best area to be overall.

Pros: We enjoyed the neighborhood Hotel Niwa is located in. Lots of eateries and convenience stores. We also appreciated the laundry facilities and massage chairs. The staff is very friendly.

Pros: I liked that the hotel served mainly individuals on business. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. There are some great restaurants in the hotel and a great a garden.

Pros: I love the minimalistic decoration, customer service and the fact that there is a clothes washing cleaning and you don’t need to pay a fortune to wash your clothes, like most hotels

Pros: The staff were so lovely - super polite, friendly. The hotel is immaculate, modern, relaxing. We were on the 14th floor which had a room with a washer and dryer, an ice machine, and a beverage machine - very handy. We were a group of 3, and we were in a superior twin with an extra bed - we found the space to be comfortable. We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast almost every morning - it was expensive, but what you’d expect at a hotel pretty much anywhere. The food was very good - a great balance of Japanese and western offerings. The house made custards were delicious! The hotel is in a perfect location - 5 minute walk to Shinjuku Station, two Lawsons and a 7-11 even closer.

Pros: For value and room size, this hotel is the best in Tokyo of the five hotels that I've stayed in during any of my trips to Japan (2). It is right off of two subway (Suidobashi, Korakuen stns) and JR east stations and relatively close access to a third (Kasuga Stn). Note that at least Suidobashi and Korakuen Stn have elevators for those traveling with luggage. Tokyo Dome City / Meet Port provide many dining and shopping options. There is also a so-so amusement park suitable for children. I will continue to book stays at this hotel whenever I am in Tokyo.
