Pros: I booked the hotel with a sea view and with continental breakfast! We got here and gave us a back view and breakfast they said we had to pay for and only coffee was included in the breakfast price which we had paid 3.50 euros! I cannot believe the slandering booking and pretend to be great hotel when they are thieves and by the way their linen stunk like mildew! Never ever in my life have I seen such a horrible service!

Pros: They upgraded our room when we came to the hotel, which was a big wonderful surprise. Breakfast and dinner were great, with variety of food. We were staying with our toddler and he could eat different types of food every day. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi connection is good throughout the hotel area (beach also). The sandy beach is amazing, with everyone having their own umbrellas. You can leave the toys on the beach and not having to return them everyday to the hotel room. We found the hotel beach better than any other beach we visited on the island. No loud music on the beach, so that you can relax in quite and beautiful surroundings with your family. And it is a wonderful place for animal lovers also. Very close to Limenas (2 min with a car), if you need stores or for a night time walk in the town. We will definitely come back another time. Strongly recommend this hotel!

Before anything else, the location is excellent - the resort is situated in a private gulf, with its private beach, (Blue flag 2019) , clear waters, fine sandy beach, surrounded by a pine trees. Thanks to Theoni , the very nice receptionist, we had the pleasure to enjoy a very pleasant stay in a beachfront room with direct sea view ( Thanks again Theoni!). Both breakfast and dinner was very good , the vegetables excellent cooked. We visited the island many times and I can say that this place is the best and will be for us a special one!

Cons: Really bad sound insulation. Especially it's hard to sleep after 10 a.m because of noises of the staff and the other clients. Wi-Fi can be better.

Cons: Our stay was rather uncomfortable. The room was too small without enough space to put our luggage and staff. It also had some damages (e.g. broken shower curtain rod, holes on the door frames among others), which made our experience even worse.
