Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location near attractions and malls, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The tranquil, green atmosphere and unique design were also frequently praised, offering a peaceful retreat in the city. However, cleanliness issues, particularly in bathrooms and some rooms, were a recurring concern. Amenities were generally adequate, though some facilities appeared outdated or underused. Overall, the hotel is valued for its service, atmosphere, and location, but could benefit from improved cleanliness and maintenance.
