Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near town, ski slopes, and local amenities. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as dissatisfaction with the breakfast quality and variety. Unexpected charges, especially for parking, and concerns about value for the price paid were also common. While some guests found the hotel comfortable and appreciated the included amenities, others felt the property was dated and in need of maintenance.

Pros (+) The staff were the friendliest I've encountered. It was nice to have a quick breakfast before leaving. The pool was great for the kids and our room met our needs.
Cons (-) The phone in our room did not work.
