Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access local attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. Many appreciated the in-room amenities such as kitchenettes, fridges, and fireplaces, which added comfort to their stay. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the lack of on-site staff and fully automated service, finding the check-in process confusing or impersonal. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some rooms being spotless while others had issues like dirty bedding or floors. Bed comfort and room size were generally satisfactory, though a few guests found the beds too hard or the bathrooms small. Overall, the hotel offers good value for those seeking location and amenities, but improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
