Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the old bazaar and city center, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The rooftop bar and views were also frequently mentioned as highlights. However, several guests noted that the hotel and its rooms are outdated and in need of modernization, with some concerns about cleanliness and the surrounding area being unkempt. Breakfast received mixed reviews, with some enjoying it and others finding it below expectations for a five-star hotel. Bed comfort was a common complaint, with multiple guests finding the mattresses uncomfortable.

Pros (+) Efficient, friendly staff speaking multiple languages. Good room, well above average. Quiet. Great views from dining room. Large variety breakfast, including freshly-made custom omelettes. Breakfast between 7 and 10am, great for late risers.
Cons (-) Slightly stuff room until the air-conditioning kicks in.
