Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, close to attractions, the lake, and city center. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it satisfactory and others less impressed. Service quality varied, with several negative experiences at reception, though some staff members were noted as friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, but some reviews mentioned issues like insects or dirty balconies. Parking is available but often comes with an extra fee, which some guests found inconvenient. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest point, while service and amenities could be improved.
