Pros (+) There was no breakfast, but the shuttle was on time and very helpful at the airport.
Cons (-) Every amenity that is advertised, should be available. Breakfast was a reason I chose the hotel, but was not available. Staff was very courteous.

Pros (+) Everyone I encountered was very friendly and extremely helpful. Rodney the shuttle drive was amazing and went out of his way to get me to the airport on time.
Cons (-) The shuttle picks up in front of lower rooms 110, 111,112 and some people are noisey getting on at 4am. And the buses beeping backup isn’t quiet either.

Pros (+) This hotel is dog friendly and that is wonderful. It’s location is close to the light rail. It was super convenient to hop on and ride to the game.
Cons (-) The breakfast was awful. It was a real let down based off of other reviews. All carbs cereal, bread, and waffles. The only protein was hard boiled eggs. The stairwell was over whelming with the smell of urine.

Pros (+) Cliff the shuttle driver was INCREDIBLE!! Got from the airport and turned me on to an INCREDIBLE restaurant 13 Coins--even recommended what I order which was superb, and shuttled me there and back!!!
Cons (-) Everything was great!! I have bad allergies and the desk clerk kindly put me in a room that had missed all that !
