Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests are highly satisfied with the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly service. Many appreciated the convenient parking and found the beds comfortable. While breakfast received mixed reviews, with some noting limited savory options or too many sweet items, overall, guests felt the hotel offered good value and a pleasant stay. Some negative comments mentioned noise, occasional maintenance issues, and rare unhelpful staff interactions, but these did not overshadow the generally positive experience.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Our room had a separate kitchen/dining area. Staff was kind.
Cons (-) Breakfast was essentially all carbs. Everything is a little run-down (although clean!).
Pros (+) My husband and I stayed at this location for a quick trip and it was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We got a suite with the jacuzzi tub, and even though the jets didn't work, it was great. Breakfast was awesome, pancakes with caramel sauce and a good variety of other things. Good location close to Santa Monica Pier, UCLA campus, and shopping. Right across the street from Trader Joe...
Cons (-) Shower took a really long time to heat up, jacuzzi jets didn't work.

The staff was great and accommodating so my mom...
