Nice room. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to shopping areas.
Location isn’t the best. It’s right at the edge of Tenderloin so if you walk in the right direction you quickly get to better (safer) areas but there are generally a lot of homeless people around and you see people doing drugs on the streets.
The room was fantastic
The restaurant was lackluster and a poor value compared to other options nearby
The location was great and the staff is very friendly
The room was odd, it was supposed to be a suite but had a couch in the way of the door, it had a very small bathroom with a shower that didnt drain properly nor did it have very good water pressure. Noisy being next to elevator
Huge homeless population in the area
They have Peloton bikes - THOUGH THEY ARE NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A lot - - Sadly the Peloton bikes were not working - they were not activated - what a waste! - Rooms are not clean enough - dirty surfaces - mirrors, light plates, windows, bathtub - HVAC was broken - Not much you can do with location but the Tenderloin is less than ideal for 90% of the people out there. It doesn't bother me but a better neighborhood never hurts.
