Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to shops, restaurants, and meeting venues. Some guests highlighted comfortable beds and clean rooms, and a few mentioned friendly and professional staff. However, several reviews noted issues with air conditioning, cleanliness inconsistencies, and parking costs. Service experiences varied, with both positive and negative interactions reported at the front desk. Overall, while the location and bed comfort stood out positively, improvements could be made in cleanliness, amenities, and guest service consistency.
