The food needed to be better quality. If not I would just not offer it.

Liked location, but the rooms need to be updated. The whole atmosphere of the hotel gave u like a motel 6 experience, with not wanting to come back n book again.
Easy parking. Friendly staff Perfect location - near grocery and restaurants
Cons (-) El hotel es muy viejo. La cama uncomodo. No pudimos dormir por ell ruido de heladera y calefacion. Nunca volveré este hotel.
Pros (+) Proximity to SAN airport is great, area near boats & marina & restaurants is pleasant.

Pros (+) Great location for city activities
Cons (-) Too noisy, very busy roadway, rooms are tiny

The free airport/cruise shuttle is a great inclusion. It was part of the decision to stay here. Ad...
Cons (-) The staff seemed stand off-ish on initial contact from both booking the airport shuttle to checking in. They became friendlier and very helpful as the trip advanced. We'd definitely stay here again.
