Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to attractions and amenities. The staff was frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to guest experiences. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Breakfast often fell short of expectations, with several guests mentioning limited options or poor quality. The pool was a highlight for families and children, though some noted noise issues. Overall, while the location and service were appreciated, improvements in cleanliness and breakfast are needed.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was fresh and clean. I didn't have any children with me on this stay, so the room also seemed spacious. The location can't be beat, literally across the street from the harbor and a wonderful restaurant.
Cons (-) The only thing that wasn't fantastic was my shuttle left at 6am and breakfast wasn't put out until 6:30 so I missed it. I don't blame the hotel on that though. Definitely would recommend!

Pros (+) Receptionist Anna was extremely helpful and kind when we checked in and when we had to find a car dealer for some minor repairs.
Cons (-) Our room was ground floor as requested but right near the back parking lot entrance and we listened to suitcases rolling up the hallway until all hours of the night.
