There are cottages, as well as suites at this property. Guests will enjoy kitchenettes with cookware and dishes where they can make their own meals too. There are 144 apartment rooms in total. The holiday suites all have their own themed décor, including Reindeer, Snow, or Northern Lights. There are some special rooms that have extremely high-end beds in them. Furnishings are high quality and comfortable. Cottages can be booked with full dining areas and kitchens. All guests will have free WiFi, TVs, coffeemakers, and blackout drapes.

All guests are provided a free breakfast at Santa Claus Holiday Village. Other options on the property are two restaurants, Christmas House Restaurant & Coffee Bar, and the Three Elves Restaurant. There is also a Lobby Bar. Guests don’t have to go far to find a few other choices. Café Santa Claus, Nova Restaurant, Lapland Restaurant Kotahovi, and Santa’s Salmon Palace are within a couple of minutes of the hotel.
