Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Roma Termini station and local attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including unclean bathrooms and rooms, as well as problems with the elevator not reaching all floors, making access difficult for some guests. Breakfast is often considered basic or unsatisfactory. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and service, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, elevator access, and breakfast quality.
