The location was not near the touristic sites, but the part of the city was very nice, with high pines and local cafes. Everything was very good, especially value for the money. The bed was very comfortable.
The furniture is a bit old, but everything functions well.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby looks absolutely amazing. Very well kept/presented, although a little cluttered by random things.
The rooms were absolutely atrocious! Very smelly, wires trailing over the floor, no plug sockets, slow wifi. Hotel receptionist was very rude when I asked him for a receipt/invoice.

The bedroom is great and clean
The restaurant has a limited menu (pizza) and it’s too far from the city center (there’s no subway stops and railway stops nearby). We don’t have privacy there, the cleaning service knock on the door and enter the room right away (there’s no “do not disturb” signs)
