Most guests highly appreciate the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. Friendly and helpful staff are frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, with several guests reporting issues such as mold, unpleasant odors, and a general lack of maintenance.
