The check-in/out line was too long. Otherwise, the staff was very very good and welcoming at reception, restaurant, and everywhere.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to the beach, attractions, and convenient amenities. The service from staff was often described as friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. However, several guests noted that the rooms and some facilities were dated and in need of renovation, and cleanliness was a recurring concern in both rooms and public areas. The rooftop pool and views received mixed feedback, with some enjoying the amenities and others finding them underwhelming or too small. Overall, while the location and staff stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and room updates were suggested.AI-generated from customer reviews
