Pros (+) Location and elevator and room was a suite.
Cons (-) Breakfast left a lot to be desired on the weekend. I decided to go out for coffee. No waffle mix, but had a waffle maker.
Cons (-) My elderly father was locked out of his room and needed his medications which were inside. I found out later that the staff had mocked him and laughed about his plight - while demanding $40 to be let back into his room. Our family was shocked and saddened by this treatment of our father. We will never stay at this hotel and we will be actively urging others to avoid this terrible place.
Pros (+) It had a bed. And a door. And a shower.
Cons (-) Front desk people didn't speak English very well and the Wi-Fi was terrible.
