The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Great location and friendly staff. I thought it was expensive for the size of the room And bathroom. The elevator was so tiny And once got off, you had to drag your luggage up or down five or six steps. Not handicapped accessible.
