Pros (+) Excellent service, the front desk lady was very kind and efficient. We arrived by metro and had to walk 800m under heavy rain and she kindly helped us get our bags up and checked us in incredibly fast
Cons (-) Maybe the snacks in the minibar...they were a little bit old, but overall the room was comfortable
