Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location within walking distance to Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, as well as the availability of parking. However, many found the cleanliness lacking, with reports of unclean rooms, bad odors, and even pests. Breakfast is frequently mentioned as insufficient, with limited variety and small dining space. Service receives criticism for unfriendly or inattentive staff, though a few guests noted positive experiences. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
