Just one washing machine for guests, and it was in use almost all the time. Had to wait until midnight for it to be available, and then the cycles (both the washing machine's and the dryer's) were a lot longer than what was written (if you follow the instructions, presumably both should take half an hour, it took borh almost an hour!) - the next guests in line were waiting there with me for it to finish for a long tine.

The breakfast was a terrible experience. We were looking for a hotel with a breakfast to make mornings easier, since we were traveling with little kids. Turned out it wasn’t a buffet style breakfast, but made to order. Only 1 person was working in the cafe doing it all for the whole hotel! (taking orders, cash register, fixing coffee, making food and serving! Poor lady). We wasted over 2 hours for breakfast and were very stressed. Hotel refunded us for it, so it ended on a positive note. But terribly managed area. Skip the breakfast
