Pros (+) Location, staff, comfortable and spacious room, great hot water and pressure We were there on a busy holiday weekend and the staff could not have been more accommodating amidst the full house.
Cons (-) Only negative was very gross dirty old carpet, which psychologically detracted from the cleanliness otherwise. If they replaced the carpets or put noncarpet flooring in instead, I would rate this hotel excellent. We loved the neighborhood, the location, the staff, and the reasonable price.
Pros (+) I like that it is fairly affordable for being in the city.
Cons (-) I think the staff isn't very friendly. They seem to be managed by someone who makes them very unhappy and pushes them to not focus on courtesy and service but rather the bottom line, money.

Pros (+) Good location, room was available on time, staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good option for us to have a visit to the city at a reasonable cost. No complaints.
Cons (-) The place is under construction, which just meant the staff seemed somewhat confused at times. We did not have any issue with construction noise (stayed on the weekend) or any thing else negative.

Pros (+) Location is great. Value for the money was good. Bathroom was spacious.
Cons (-) Blankets were dirty. Found hairs on the blankets and in the sheets, suggesting they were not washed before our arrival. One elevator only fitting 8 people is a little crazy for such a large hotel.
