Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's spacious rooms and beautiful location with stunning views. Many found the apartments clean and comfortable, with some highlighting the convenience for families and skiers. However, there were frequent complaints about poor or absent service, with reception often unmanned and staff difficult to contact. Several guests noted issues with amenities, such as unreliable WiFi, limited kitchen equipment, and unavailable facilities like the sauna or restaurant. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few reviews mentioned lapses. Overall, while the location and room size impressed, service and amenities fell short of expectations.
