Everything was great, very friendly, pick up and drop off was quick, easy and convenient. This location is great as it's close to LAKE CTA Station.Cons:
They removed the grace period for returning the car, I'm not sure why they did so but it would be better to have a grace period as this location is in downtown and sometimes you might stuck in traffic and not be able to return the car in time5.2 Fair

I searched for cars from O'Hare International. For some reason kayak gave me a location 20 minutes away. And Avis in the airport refused to honor the price I was given and told me I had to go to location 20 minutes away. Poor customer serviceBudget

Cons:
Pick up took over an hour. Customers were forced to be in line indoors and in close quarters which was very unsafe. Car was damaged on the outside and was not clean on the inside. There was also a slight smoky smell in the car.Hertz
