Pros (+) Breakfast was unusually good and much more "presentable" and "clean" compared to other "free breakfasts" I have had in comparably priced hotels. Staff was unusually friendly and thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again, should the need arise.
Cons (-) Window A/C was a bit noisy, but I tend to ignore that kind of thing easily.

Pros (+) I came in town for the tri centennial celebration of Nacogdoches, Texas. Renee Watts is an excellent manager for Comfort Suites. Friendly staff, local people who know Texas hospitality done right. For example, one Saturday morning when I went to the coffee bar and tried to get some coffee out of a coffee dispenser it sputtered out coffee blowing air bubbles. Pros (+) The rooms were nicely appointed and the property was clean. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful.
Cons (-) The pool, though indoors, was not heated and there was no Hot tub.
