Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location and pool, highlighting the tranquil atmosphere and stunning views. However, many reviews pointed out issues with service, including slow or inefficient staff and problems with breakfast variety and quality. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with reports of unclean rooms and facilities.
