Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and communication, with many reviewers highlighting positive interactions at reception and with other employees. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, especially in private rooms and bathrooms, though a few guests noted issues in shared spaces. The breakfast was frequently described as very good, and the lively bar and social atmosphere were also popular, adding to the overall positive experience. Some negative feedback included room hygiene in dorms, Wi-Fi reliability, and lack of air conditioning, but these were outweighed by the positives.
