Cons:
I had to cancel my flight due to covid. I couldn’t access my car rental info to cancel it. There were no email to let me know prior to my cancelled trip. I hope I’m not being billed for it. Thank you Forrest10.0 Wonderful

I really wish this place was open later than 5 as I have had to miss out on enough hours at work to make it difficult to pay rent this month. Is there anywhere renting cars after 5pm in the Portland area that isn't at the airport? There should be!8.0 Very Good

Didn't allow me to change method of payment at drop off because they scanned the car in before I could tell them what I needed to do. They could not switch the method of payment at that point. Not a big deal, but not ideal.Budget

Cons:
There was no owners manual in the car, for information on operation of the different modes of four wheel drive. There was not a snow brush or even an ice scraper. We got the four wheel drive vehicle specifically to go to the Mt. Hood/Government Camp area.6.4 Okay

The pick up was incredibly long. There were only 2 agents, but they were also INCREDIBLY slow. Not to mention that the computer system kept freezing. They informed me of a "free upgrade" for waiting, but it was to a SUV and I didn't have a choice to decline. I booked an economy car on purpose.Cons:

I call budget before booking on Kayak for pricing. They 1st told me that they don’t book these kind of vans one way. I told them that I’m seeing it online that they do. They put me on hold and came back with a one day one way price of $380. I told the guy that thru Kayak I can rent it for $69 per day. He told me that “ then I suggest you rent it thru Kayak”. I was very happy with the rental. We reserved a bit late for the August 2017 crush, and this was the only location in the Portland OR area that still had cars.
