Cons:
Overall we had a great experience. The car was excellent and we received great value for our rental dollar. The agency in Portland closes at 3:00 and we barely made it by that deadline. That may be the reason, but the customer service and professional attitude of the agency was lacking. I would still use Enterprise in Portland because overall the deal for a good car was a great value.7.2 Good

Convenient shuttle to and from airport. Easy drop off.Cons:
Pick was difficult because they demanded to see my flight itinerary and flight confirmation # to guarantee I would bring the vehicle back. Someone else had booked the flight, so I wasn't prepared for that, but it worked out. Just a heads up, if you use a "debit" card, have proof of your flight plan8.8 Very Good

Staff members were friendly, and there wasn't too much pressure to pay for upgrades, though they were offered. Our car was nice and worked well for us.Cons:

At drop off I was automatically charged $184 for gas refill. My initial estimate for the rental was $129.00 for 2 days. $184 for a tank of gas? Had to make an extra stop to the customer service desk just to get it credited. What a waste of time to be a preferred member. Never again.4.4 Mediocre
