Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it easy to access public transportation and city attractions. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, mold, and unclean linens. Service also received negative feedback, as guests mentioned issues with unhelpful or unfriendly staff, slow responses to requests, and lack of basic amenities. Overall, while the location is a highlight, cleanliness and service need significant improvement.
