Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. The service is frequently described as friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially at the reception and in the restaurant. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many guests noting clean and well-kept rooms. Breakfast receives positive remarks for its variety and taste. However, several guests mention that some rooms are quite small, and a few found the lack of an elevator or the presence of steep stairs challenging. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience is very positive, with many guests recommending the hotel for both short and longer stays.
