Pros (+) Location ,location, location
Cons (-) Parking arrangements could have been better, didn’t know beach towels were there till I was leaving, breakfast sucked, the room needs more garbage cans and the refrigerator needs to come out of the closet. Oh and the rooftop needs garbage cans I’m a clean person I shouldn’t have to walk the whole hotel looking for trash cans. Besides those though I loved the place.

Pros (+) Location is wonderful. The staff is always helpful. Now the rooftop bar is open and they have a full service restaurant downstairs. Hotel offers everything

Pros (+) great price, but loud noise on Collins ave every morning... they need to put in double paned windows or something better
Cons (-) everything would be ok, however they do not clean the stains in the room, and many things are broken
