Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the mosque and key gates, making it convenient for visitors. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with parking availability, with guests often unable to find suitable spots. Service was also a common concern, with several guests reporting unhelpful or rude staff and slow housekeeping. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some noting clean rooms while others complained about dirty carpets and bathrooms. Overall, while the location is a standout positive, improvements in service, parking, and cleanliness are needed.
