I was treated unprofessionally disrespected and discounted. Ms. Kim, your evening front desk associate lied to me on several occasions and felt it was OK for her to lie. She even felt it was OK to say that she does not represent Marriott or the Marriott culture when I asked to speak to Ms. Jessica the regional manager, I was ignored by her. Cons (-) i booked a 1 night stay for july 27 for my sons wedding night when they got ready to leave they were told the charge had been put on my daughter-in-laws credit card as no payment had been made they called me and i allowed another charge at a higher rate so they could leave the hotel my credit card now has 2 charges for the same night at different rates and the marriott says they never got a paymen...
