Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to explore Maastricht and nearby attractions. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, and several reviews highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, a recurring issue was the lack of an elevator, with steep and narrow stairs posing challenges, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Parking was generally available but sometimes required a short walk. Overall, guests appreciated the cleanliness, atmosphere, and value, but noted some drawbacks related to accessibility and amenities.
