Cons (-) After my first night I reported that the shower leaked. After my third night it was still leaking. Nothing was ever done as far as I know.
Cons (-) My car's window was smashed and the thief stole my belongings in car, which was just in the hotel parking lot. It spent 2 hours for police to come. And I heard from police and nearby enterprise that Smash and Steal happens sometimes.

Cons (-) Did not respond for request for regular coffee. Coffee maker not cleaned daily. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The fruit salad had a tangy days old taste. The eggs were powdered eggs. After a few bites we decided to go out to breakfast each day.

Pros (+) Hotel was in a nice area, easy to get to and not on a super busy street. Room was spacious and laid out well. It was definitely nice to have a fridge and microwave, as I ended up with leftovers from eating out.
Cons (-) While it was big, the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also, whenever the people in the room above walked around, the ceiling creaked and you could hear every step. Those two things combined made it more difficult to get good sleep.
