Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport, shops, and attractions. Many also appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the charm of the building. However, there were frequent complaints about the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, the quality and variety of breakfast, and the small size of some rooms. Comfort issues such as heat, lack of air conditioning, and uncomfortable beds were also mentioned. Overall, while the location and staff stood out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and room comfort.

Pros (+) Staff were very nice! What that the facility lacked, in terms of appearance, the front desk staff were incredibly nice.
Cons (-) The owner needs to seriously invest in changing out the furniture and giving the hotel a clean look. Just down the street at the Henley house, for $10 more at night, you get a new hotel. The breakfast, if you can call it that, definitely needs an upgrade!
